Outdoor OR Indoor Training Event
This workout offers the combination of Tabata and an extended High Intensity Interval Training Session. More like an Amplified High-Intensity Session with a soft side (longer rest segment), we work hard for one minute and rest 30 seconds for a total of 25 Rounds. HiiBATA sessions are an energy-filled, fun challenge for you and up to seven of your friends! All you need to bring is a yoga mat and water.

All ‘80’s Low-Impact High-Intensity Aerobic Focus:
This super energetic throw-back to the '80's Cardio Classes brings all the fantastic music of that outrageously fun decade. Low Impact means one foot on the floor at all times, with zero running, bouncing or jumping. Kinetics and Resistance lead the way. Old-school core & floor work finishes up the session.

Drum-Driven Freedom:
Intrinsic Movement is a free-form, open-format dance based workout. The rhythm is your guide, as there is no specific footwork or movement rule - whatever you feel flow into your feet and your body, is INTRINSIC. These discovery sessions allow you to get in touch with where you are on this earth. Recommended: Loose clothing, bare feet if possible.

Relaxing to Invite a Stretch Reflex:
At the beginning of each session, participants select an intention from the heart jar. That silent intention is what you will use to guide your movements, encourage you to hold positions, or use it to offer support to yourself when you need just a little more focus. This soft, relaxing time encourages you to learn your mobility challenges and gently meet them so you may acquire the flexibility to exceed them.

These sessions are focused on Foundational Fitness:
Participants focus on body-weight skills incorporating proper technique and form, methodically building to more complex movements and introducing appropriate training equipment. These sessions also focus on building confidence and maintaining flexibility.
